GENERAL QUESTIONS:

How long does it take to have a website built? From your Mind Exploration Session to having your website go live on the internet, you can expect about 4 – 8 weeks. Website design is a process, and one we take very seriously. We don’t want you to be happy with your new website…we want you to be thrilled.

If you have a deadline you’re trying to meet, we will do whatever is necessary to help you meet your deadline. We can have your new website up in as little as 24 hours if it’s an emergency.

Can we make changes to our website, or do we have to pay you to make the changes? Every website we build has a custom WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor. This editor allows you to easily make changes to your website, no need to wait for us to make changes for you. However, if you’d prefer to outsource all your website work to us, we’ll be glad to help.

Do we have to sign a contract? Nope. No contract is required. You can cancel your website at any time with no penalties or fees.  All the source files we create while designing and building your website are yours to keep.

Do we own our website? Yes. The website is completely yours.  You are paying us to design and build your website.  Once you have complete your final payment, all rights, and files belong to you.

Can we use our own pictures on the website? Yes. However, there are a couple of things to consider. First, you’ll need to get each person in the photograph to sign a written release giving you permission to use their photo on your website. (We have a release form you can use.) Second, your photos may not match the look and feel of your new website.

What is included in the monthly fee? You won’t have a monthly fee, unless you decide to host your website with us.

HOSTING:

What if we already have our domain name and hosting? No problem. We’ll simply point your domain name to our servers.

Can we host on our server? Yes.

Will we get FTP access or just WYSIWYG editor access? You get access to the server both through FTP and the custom WYSIWYG editor. You also get access to the cPanel of your domain name, which is where you can set up all your email addresses and passwords.

EMAIL:

How many email addresses do we get? Unlimited. You can set up as many email addresses as you’d like.

Where do we access our email? You have two options. You can either access your email through your website, or we can have all your email forwarded to your current email address. For example: your new email address john@yourwebsite.com would simply be forwarded to your current email address john12@yahoo.com.

WYSIWYG EDITOR:

Will we need special training to operate the WYSIWYG editor? Nope. If you can use Microsoft Word, then you can use the WYSIWYG editor. However, you’ll receive access to our special Members Lounge where you can view instructional videos that teach you everything you’ll need to know. If you still have questions, just let us know and we’ll be glad to help.

Can we upload our own images, graphics, and video on the website? Yes. The WYSIWYG editor makes adding images and graphics to any page on your website simple.
