Timeline for Website Design

First – Prepare (This part of the process typically takes 1 – 2 weeks.)

1. What do you want? What do you need?  What will work for you?  What will work for your customers and prospects?  Complete the website design survey.  This survey helps us determine both your needs and your wants.
2. Mind Exploration Session. We’ll explore your mind until we understand what online success will look like for you and your business.  We’ll take your vision and develop a “real” plan for online success.
3. Blueprint Creation. This is where we take all the “gold” we found during our Mind Exploration Session and create a detailed blueprint for your website.  We’ll also get everything set up in our project management system.  We’ll upload your client checklist and the “paper work.”
4. Paper Work. I trust you, but you may not trust me, yet.  There will be paper work explaining exactly what to expect during the process.  This eliminates a lot of confusion and prevents a few headaches along the way – trust me!
5. Your Turn. You will be asked to provide logos, pictures, content, web host and domain logins and any other pertinent information.

Second – Design (This part of the process typically takes 2 – 3 weeks.)

1. Let’s Build. An initial custom home page design will be constructed and presented to you for approval.
2. Make Changes. Any changes or modifications you have requested will be completed.
3. Try Again. A revised custom home page design will be presented to you for approval.
4. Next Please. After home page approval, initial interior page design will be completed and presented to you for approval.
5. Make Changes. Any changes or modifications you have requested will be completed.
6. Second Try. A revised custom interior page design will be presented to you for approval.

Third –Tweaks (This part of the process typically takes 1 – 2 weeks.)

1. Minor Adjustments. We’ll tweak all the details of your design.
2. Content Ready? You should have your content ready by this point so we can begin inserting it into the design.

Fourth – Build (This part of the process typically takes 1 – 2 weeks.)

1. Start Building. Once all the details are approved we’ll begin constructing your masterpiece.
2. View. Your complete website (all pages) will be placed on our secure server for your review.
3. Almost Done. Any text or other changes will be completed.  (This does not include making changes to the design structure of the site.)
4. Final Inspection. The final revised site will be uploaded for a final review.
5. Make an Investment. You’ll happily 😉 send us the final portion of your website investment.
6. “It’s Alive!” Your website will go “live” at your domain name.
7. Spread the Word. You’ll be so excited and thrilled with your new website, you’ll tell all your friends about us.
