2 Questions Every Entrepreneur Should Ask
Posted by Wayne in Business Growth
There are many different types of questions an entrepreneur can ask.
Financial questions.
Management questions.
Human resource questions.
Marketing questions.
And the answers to all of those questions can provide valuable information about the vitality of the business. But in my opinion, there are 2 questions that every entrepreneur should ask themselves at the end of each work day.
The answers revealed by these two simple questions will help insure your business is moving in the right direction.
Question 1: What did I do today to attract more customers?
Question 2: What did I do today to insure my clients love us?
Every day there are countless tasks and distractions that slowly erode away your time. It’s easy to get so caught up in the day-to-day running of your business that you lose focus of the absolutely most important area of any business – the clients.
At the core of every business are clients and the relationships they have with the business. As an entrepreneur, your primary objectives are to foster amazing relationships with your clients and to find new clients with which to foster relationships. Lose focus of these things, and it won’t be long before the ship begins to sink.
